communicating with stakeholders

We use our proprietary Soft Futures® simulations to shape the views of key opinion leaders and key decision makers in a geographical location, or an institution, or a network. Soft Futures® simulation involves getting key players together, giving them the outline of one or more real situations of interest to you, and facilitating role play to examine, in telescoped time, how they can introduce your product and service. Through these simulations, you can communicate key facts about your offering and increase key players’ familiarity with it, as well as help them to be more comfortable with, and more committed to, making the changes which will be needed. This is particularly important where your offering is not a simple substitution for an existing product or service, and involves changes to the way in which patient care is organised.

Participants often play 'themselves' but sometimes, particularly when simulations are used as a communications tool, may play other roles in order to understand their environment better.
