All HTA bodies require the submission of dossiers and whereas the detailed requirements vary between countries and authorities, dossiers are built around a review of the evidence of the costs and benefits of the product. This evidence core may need to be adapted to different markets, to take account of differences in health sector activity and costs, as well as different formal requirements: however, much of it can be reused.
